Terms and Conditions for Membership of the Reigate Support Group

By becoming a member of the Reigate Support Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure that we can effectively support our members and promote the work of the group and Parkinson’s UK.

 

1. Consent for Use of Photographs

    •    By joining the Reigate Support Group, you grant permission for photographs and videos in which you may appear to be used by the group and Parkinson’s UK for publicity purposes.

    •    These materials may be used in printed publications, on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

    •    If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify us in writing at the time of registration or at any time thereafter.

 

2. Consent for Communication

    •    By providing your contact details, you consent to the Reigate Support Group contacting you by email and telephone to share relevant information, updates, and event notifications.

    •    Your contact details will be used solely for the purposes of communication related to the Reigate Support Group and Parkinson’s UK activities.

    •    If you wish to withdraw consent for email or telephone communications, you can do so by contacting us at info@parkinsonsukreigate.org.

    •    Your personal data will be processed in accordance with data protection laws and the Parkinson’s UK Privacy Policy.
